Original Art: All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Shipping and Processing Policies

Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada): Shipping is calculated and agreed upon before purchase. The buy is responsible for all shipping costs. For those local to the artist, pick up or local delivery may be available.

International Shipping Policy: International Shipping is calculated and agreed upon before purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All international shipping includes insurance. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information.

Rights to Artwork

Rights to Art Reproduction and Resale

Katherine Rawlings retains all rights to all artwork she creates. This includes rights to all images of sold and commissioned original paintings as well as all prints. Katherine retains the right to make reproductions of all artwork she creates unless rights have been purchased in full by the collector. Collectors may not reproduce artwork in anyway without written permission.

If the artwork ends up being reproduced or featured in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.
